Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available through the standard order flow.
To request cancellation, use your account order page where available or contact customer support by email, call or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
After dispatch
If you are not able to cancel an order, it may already be dispatched. Please contact customer support for the next available option based on the order status, product type and delivery stage.
Returns
Before sending any product back, contact fuelupweb@gmail.com with your order number, product details and reason for return.
For wellness, food or supplement products, returns may be limited for opened, used, damaged, expired, unsealed or tampered products where hygiene and safety rules apply.
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a clear description of the issue.
Complaints should be raised within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed with the logistics partner and support team.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, bank and the order status.
If an order is cancelled by FUELUP after payment due to product unavailability or a confirmed store error, eligible payment received for that order will be refunded.
