Shipping commitment
FUELUP is committed to delivering products in good condition. Orders are packed securely and handed to trusted logistics partners for delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
All products, including free gifts where applicable, are shipped with an invoice to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. As a starting policy, orders below Rs. 599 may carry a Rs. 99 shipping charge, while orders of Rs. 600 or more may qualify for free shipping when configured in the store.
Cash on Delivery, where available, is offered only on orders valued at Rs. 699 or above. Prepaid orders are encouraged for faster dispatch and smoother delivery.
No additional shipping fee will be added beyond the amount shown during checkout.
Delivery process
Once your order is processed, products go through a quality check, are securely packed and are handed over to the logistics partner.
The logistics partner delivers to the address provided at checkout and may contact you directly if there are delivery issues.
While we aim to ship all items together, certain circumstances may require items from the same order to be shipped separately.
Packaging
Each product is packed with suitable protective material. Fragile items may receive additional protection, and products are packed in sturdy boxes to help them arrive safely.
If a product is damaged during transit, contact support with photos and order details so the case can be reviewed.
Where we ship
FUELUP ships across India where logistics partner serviceability is available. Delivery availability for specific pin codes may change based on logistics partner updates.
Serviceability can be checked at checkout or wherever a pin-code checker is shown on the website.
Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details by email, SMS, account page or logistics partner update, including the courier company and tracking number where available.
Registered customers can use the account flow to revisit order information when Shopify customer accounts are connected.
Delivery timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placement when stock, payment and fulfillment conditions are clear.
Delivery typically ranges between 2-7 days depending on location. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruption, address issues, high order volume, stock checks or other factors outside our control.
Delivery attempts
The logistics partner may contact you before delivery to confirm availability. If no one is available at the delivery address, the logistics partner may make up to three delivery attempts before returning the product to the warehouse.
Customers can contact support to request help with delivery rescheduling where available.
